Hi, my name is Makale, but you can call me Kale... like the vegetable. Why? Becuase it's funny that's why! And like the vegetable, I can be funky and weird, but then I start showing up in every dish and you say to yourself "Wow Kale is actually pretty cool" and BOOM i'm your new favorite food.
